As user research specialists, we aim to comprehend the emotions people experience when purchasing art online. We desire to identify frequent challenges faced during online shopping. We wish to grasp the preferences of our target audience.

We obtained 46 survey replies from 19 females, 5 males, and 3 non-binary participants; age groups varied from below 20 to 40, with the majority of respondents aged between 21 and 25.
